Great Experience at Colorado Tire & Service! Needed to have the Brakes done on my SUV and wanted them to look everything else over while it was there. They took pictures and went over them with me on all the items I needed to service and explained everything in Easy-to-Understand Terms! Frank up front was very knowledgeable and the Tech working on my vehicle was Excellent! Good Show Folks! I'll be giving this shop's info to family and friends!

What can I say but this is the best shop in town! The new manager Frank and his staff are truly amazing and here’s why. For years I have shopped around for a trust worthy tire/maintenance shop and I found the ONE! I took my 2021 Honda CRV to this shop because I got tired of Honda dealership always selling me more maintenance things than I needed. They made sure on the things I needed and I got a great deal on tires. While I was waiting I had refreshments and a clean bathroom to use if needed. I am now going to be taking my cars to CTS Tire Service.Thank you Frank and your team, you’re wonderful.

This dealership is great ! I was in a pinch finding a vehicle and they worked with me to help secure an awesome Toyota Tundra. Shawn was especially helpful as well as the mechanic I had a few questions for. If you are looking for a vehicle or service work, don’t hesitate to stop in at CTS. Simply Amazing. I was shopping around for a new shop to help me with my Subaru Outback after my old mechanic gave me a really staggering quote, and thought I would try CTS. I met with Frank and was so happy I did. He had his technician Justin take a look at my car and see what maintenance needed to be done. He didn’t try to sell me overpriced services and things I didn’t need but broke things down in an easy to understand way and gave me a timeline of when I should start thinking about getting things looked at. My last place told me I needed to get 4000 in repairs and upkeep but Frank said all that was unnecessary and I got everything running for a fourth of that price. My experience was simply amazing and I am going to be using CTS going forward for all my service needs. I know I can trust them to not get ripped off or feel like an idiot for not knowing anything about cars. Thank you Frank for restoring my faith in car repair places. You and your team rock.

Frank has been nothing short of amazing. Brought my car in knowing it needs some work. Frank and his team sent me a link with all the repair options that were needed. Not only did it have the cost, it also had photos. When I went in to talk with him, he showed me the images they had at a larger view, which helps me to know that the work they are quoting actually needs to be done. We talked through the prioritizes and I left feeling educated and not pressured into any work that I wasn’t sure I needed. These guys have gained a new long term customer and will absolutely be referring them to others.

Very disappointed in the service here. Drove an hour to look at a grand Cherokee that was up for sale per their website. When getting there ,Shawn, the manager did apologize and informed me that the jeep was being used by his wife and it would hopefully be back the following week. He was very kind and friendly and gave me his card. I called him the following week to see if the jeep was back at the store but he told me it was still being used by his wife. He told me to give him another week. After two weeks of waiting for it, he still had the same story that his wife was still using the jeep and also told me that if I needed a car that maybe I should just go and look for a car elsewhere. At this point I was very irritated but was still trying for one last idea and I asked if there was anyway his wife could come grab another car so he can make this sale to which he replied that this could be a possibility but never followed through. Doesn't seem like this place really cared to make the sale and didn't realize these cars were being used for personal use by the employees. I tried to be patient and polite for two whole weeks and was fairly angry when his response was for me to just go find another car somewhere else. To this day (4 weeks after the visit) I have yet to receive a phone call from him to let me know that the jeep is back at the dealership. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place.
